Server 4pm-7:30pm $15-21 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server to join our team at Hudson Grande located at 5400 Darrow Rd, Hudson, OH 44236. This role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing the dining area and meals, maintaining cleanliness, and observing resident dining habits. The ideal candidate will be at least sixteen years old, able to communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The role also requires assisting residents with mobility and ensuring a safe environment. Arrow Senior Living is committed to promoting from within and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- At least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Active; requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
- Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
- Foster an environment where residents can connect.
- Prepare tables for service, salads, and roll silverware.
- Bus tables and sweep floors.
- Communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding resident dietary habits, appetite changes, and absences from meals.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
