About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Boulevard St Peters. This part-time role involves creating a welcoming environment for residents, preparing dining areas, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The Server will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, observing resident dining habits, and communicating any changes to supervisors and the Wellness team.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, salads for the next meal, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed.
Communicate when residents are absent from meals.
