About The Position
Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. The role involves learning the menu, completing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Servers must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The position requires a great attitude, the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and meeting the minimum age requirement of 18. Prior experience is a plus.
