About The Position
Servers provide Guests with food and drinks while delivering hospitable, customized service that reflects Chili's approach to hospitality. They learn the menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, partner with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position requires availability to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
