About The Position
Hosts begin each Guest’s experience at Chili’s by providing hospitality and service. The role focuses on welcoming Guests, helping them feel special, managing the wait list, directing telephone calls, communicating concerns to management, and supporting a safe and welcoming restaurant environment. The position requires a friendly, caring attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, ready to greet Guests with a smile.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
- No experience necessary.
Responsibilities
- Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
- Manage the wait list.
- Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
- Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
- Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
