About The Position

Janitorial Team Members help ensure a clean, sanitary restaurant and provide dependable, fast service. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds; disposing of trash; addressing maintenance needs with management; and safely handling cleaning chemicals. Team Members also help maintain a safe, welcoming environment and comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use mops, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitation and deep cleaning of the restaurant, floors, bathrooms, and grounds.
• Empty and properly dispose of all trash.
• Work with the management team to address maintenance needs inside and outside the restaurant.
• Safely use, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Alert management when cleaning supplies need to be reordered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws, including health and safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
