About The Position

Servers at Weber’s restaurant are friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers in the restaurant and Habitat Ultra Lounge. Servers are expected to know the menu, answer questions about dishes and drinks, make recommendations, and suggest pairings. They must work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor, handle multiple tables at once, and help ensure each customer has a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations, such as resolving customer conflicts
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the role, with limited tolerance for unplanned absences or last-minute call-offs
