About The Position
Chili's Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, work with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role is based on providing attentive service in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Prior experience is a plus. Applicants must be available for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. The position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented culture.
