About The Position

Scout's Pub in Franklin, Tennessee, is hiring a Server to provide friendly, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience for guests. The primary objective is to give guests a memorable experience that encourages them to return. Scout's Pub is part of A. Marshall Hospitality, which also includes eight Puckett's Grocery & Restaurant locations and Deacon's New South. The company describes itself as growing, with hands-on leadership invested in employee development. The position is at 158 Front St #120, Franklin, TN. Hours vary, and weekend availability is needed. Pay is $2.13 per hour plus tips. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must pass the federally mandated E-Verify process.
Must obtain an Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) serving permit within 60 days of hire.
Must communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel, and guests.
Must have basic knowledge of dining-room and service procedures and functions.
Must possess basic math skills and be able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
Must be able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours.
Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and beverages frequently weighing up to 20 to 30 pounds.
Must be self-disciplined, take initiative, have leadership skills, and be outgoing.
Must have a pleasant, polite manner and a neat, clean appearance.
Must be able to multitask, solve problems, and handle the pressures of coordinating a wide range of activities.
Must conduct oneself positively and professionally under all circumstances, including in a high-paced environment.
