About The Position

The Server works at Mill Street Residence, an assisted living community in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. The role supports dining services for tenants and guests, with breakfast, lunch, and supper served daily. The Server helps create a warm and inviting dining experience while providing assistance and service according to established standards. This is a casual position of less than 32 hours every two weeks. The hourly wage range is $17.08 to $23.54; final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

Set up the dining room for each meal and clean up afterward.
Serve meals according to standards.
Assist tenants and guests when they arrive in the dining room and guide them to available tables.
Assist tenants and guests with meal selection.
Maintain, clean, and sanitize areas of the dining room and kitchen.
Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for tenants' and guests' dining experience.
