About The Position

The wage is $17.13 per hour. Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card.
• Obtain and maintain a current MAST card.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and effectively multitask.
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Previous related experience is preferred.
• A flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming customers and coordinate with the host station to seat guests or direct them to choose their preferred seating.
• Provide knowledgeable table service and maintain customer relations with guests.
• Take food and beverage orders and deliver products in a timely manner.
• Serve food, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Enter orders into the POS system and collect payment.
• Bus tables, restock supplies, and perform dishwashing and general cleaning.
• Set up and break down service and work areas, keeping them stocked, organized, efficient, and safe.
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Balance bookwork at the end of each shift and turn in appropriate cash and non-cash receipts.
• Handle tasks from opening through closing as needed.
