About The Position
Servers at Chili’s provide Guests with food, drinks, and personalized hospitality. They learn the menu, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other Team Members to help ensure Guest satisfaction and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. The position requires working some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
