About The Position
Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help deliver the Chili’s dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, partner with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.
