About The Position

Santikos is looking for Servers to provide our guests with exceptional service through outstanding food and beverage service at our New Braunfels location. This role involves providing a friendly, interactive guest experience through ordering and serving in our theater dining and entertainment settings. Servers will need to possess full knowledge of menu items, accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders, and verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age. Collaboration with kitchen staff is essential for accurate food orders, and maintaining the highest level of attention to guest requests is paramount. The role also includes keeping the dining area clean and sanitized, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Flexibility with scheduling
Great can-do attitude and willingness to make a guest happy with service
Awesome verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in and collaborate with the theater team
Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
A current TABC license preferred

Responsibilities
