About The Position

Oversees multiple renovation projects from initiation through completion. Partners with all project stakeholders to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. This role involves providing sales support initiatives for renovation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting activities. The coordinator serves as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including field sales, field installation teams, and valued customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or project-related issues. The role also manages material and labor needs, identifies alternative products, and implements solutions to minimize project disruptions. Collaboration is key in developing project schedules, managing deliveries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring smooth project execution. Regular updates are provided to project stakeholders regarding progress, milestones, and changes. Problems encountered are typically difficult and/or high impact, requiring troubleshooting of complex support or operational issues for junior associates. Under limited supervision, the individual independently resolves issues and applies various methods to develop customized solutions. This position may lead the daily operations of a department or team and involves training, delegating tasks, and reviewing the work of junior associates, though without hiring/firing authority.

Requirements

  • Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
  • Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management environment.
