About The Position

Oversees multiple renovation projects from initiation through completion. Partners with all project stakeholders to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. Problems are typically difficult and/or high impact. Troubleshoots complex support or operational problems for junior level associates. Under limited supervision, independently resolves issues and applies a variety of methods to develop customized solutions. May lead the daily operations of a department or team. Work typically involves infrequent review of output by a supervisor or direct customers of the process. Assists with supervisory duties but does not have hiring/firing authority. Trains, delegates tasks, and reviews the work of junior level associates.

Requirements

  • Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management environment.
  • Technical certification or associate degree may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Provides sales support initiatives for renovation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure project success.
  • Serves as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including field sales, field installation teams, and valued customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or project-related issues.
  • Manages material and labor needs and promptly identifies alternative products while implementing solutions to minimize project disruptions.
  • Collaborates to develop project schedules and manage deliveries.
  • Resolves scheduling conflicts and ensures a smooth project execution.
  • Provides regular updates to project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and relevant changes.
