The position is based at a private club in Boerne, Texas. It involves building relationships with members, providing informed food and beverage recommendations, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and supporting teammates and club functions. Requirements

• TABC certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service to members and guests.
• Build genuine relationships with regular members.
• Read the table and adjust service style accordingly.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable dining experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, features, and club offerings.
• Guide members through the menu with confidence and clarity.
• Make thoughtful recommendations and upsell appropriately.
• Ensure accurate order entry and timing of courses.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain awareness of table needs throughout the meal.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service from start to finish.
• Work closely with bartenders, runners, and hosts.
• Assist teammates during busy service periods.
• Support club events, tournaments, and special functions.
• Complete opening and closing side work to standard.
