Server (4pm-7:30pm Shift)
About The Position
The Server at Balfour Senior Living in Louisville, Colorado provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The available part-time schedules are Saturday through Monday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., or a flexible schedule of 3–5 days per week, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The listed pay range is $17.50–$18.50 per hour. The role involves delivering dining service, welcoming and assisting residents, helping with menu requests, and maintaining clean, properly set dining venues. Employment offers are contingent on completing the pre-employment process, including a drug screen, a job-specific physical, a TB test, and a background check; the company covers the cost of these requirements.
Requirements
- Must have a Food Handler’s certification as required.

- Some serving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the daily menu and assist residents with their requests.
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
- Perform other related duties as required.
