About The Position

The Server connects with guests, meets and anticipates their needs, and provides a distinctive dining experience that encourages them to return. The role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, energy, attention to detail, and a positive personality. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on shift availability and management discretion. Servers participate in a mandatory tip pool, contributing 3% of net sales from each shift with other qualified tipped employees.
