About The Position

The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who can connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience that encourages them to return. Servers need strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team. The role requires energy, attention to detail, and a personable demeanor. Servers must be able to lift 15–30 pounds, handle cash transactions, stand for the length of a shift, and keep pace with guests during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on shift availability and management discretion.

The Rose Group requires participation in a mandatory tip-pooling arrangement: 3% of net sales from each shift is shared with other qualified tipped employees. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered to team members averaging at least 30 hours per week, after the first year.
