Server (PT/FT)
About The Position
We are hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who can connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience that keeps them coming back. Servers need strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team, bringing energy, attention to detail, and a great personality to the role. Servers must be able to lift 15–30 pounds, handle cash transactions, stand for the length of a shift, and keep pace with guests during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights. Work hours may be full-time or part-time based on shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year. Participation in a mandatory tip pool is required: 3% of net sales from each shift is shared with other qualified tipped employees.
