Server (PT/FT)
About The Position
The Rose Group is hiring outgoing, upbeat servers who connect with guests, meet and anticipate their needs, and provide a distinctive dining experience that encourages them to return. Servers work as part of a dynamic team and need strong communication skills, energy, attention to detail, and a positive personality. The position involves handling cash transactions, standing for the length of a shift, lifting 15–30 pounds, and keeping pace during both casual lunches and busy Saturday nights. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on shift availability and management discretion. Participation in a mandatory tip pool is required: 3% of each shift’s net sales is shared with other qualified tipped employees.
