The Server position is based in the concession stand, and essential duty includes alcohol sales. The server must be of legal age with all applicable training permits and licenses to serve alcohol according to state and local laws. This role requires knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol, as well as knowledge of all coupons and ongoing promotions and the Regal Crown Club Program. The server will also be responsible for knowledge and enforcement of the MPAA rating system, exceptional guest service skills, handling of all monies and merchandise, operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment, and proper use of all concession related storerooms and cleaning materials per MSDS. Additionally, the server must have knowledge of all concession opening, closing and in-between show procedures, as well as all emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures. Excellent sales techniques, including up selling and suggestive selling, knowledge of counterfeit bill procedures, and knowledge of and compliance with all local, state and federal food safety laws are also required. The server must also comply with the dress code, ensure guest satisfaction by smiling, greeting, and thanking all guests, and be responsible for the accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons. Knowledge of correct popper operation and emergency procedures, and abiding by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods are also essential. Completion of progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist is required. Employees will be required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
