About The Position

The Server position is based in the concession stand, and essential duty includes alcohol sales. The server must be of legal age with all applicable training permits and licenses to serve alcohol according to state and local laws. This role requires knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol, as well as knowledge of all coupons, ongoing promotions, and the Regal Crown Club Program. The server will also be responsible for enforcing the MPAA rating system, handling all monies and merchandise, operating, preparing, and cleaning concession equipment, and proper use of storerooms and cleaning materials. Additionally, the server must be knowledgeable of concession opening, closing, and in-between show procedures, as well as emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures. Excellent sales techniques, including upselling and suggestive selling, knowledge of counterfeit bill procedures, and compliance with local, state, and federal food safety laws are also essential. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction through positive interactions, maintaining accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons, and understanding correct popper operation and emergency procedures. Compliance with break and meal period laws, and completion of cast certification programs are also required.

Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

  • Responsible for accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons.
  • Knowledgeable of correct popper operation and emergency procedures.
  • Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required.
  • Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
  • Complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
  • Possess good public speaking skills.

  • Complete progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist.
  • Read and understand training materials covering topics such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
