Server - Nights and Weekends Required
About The Position
Metro Diner is hiring servers to provide friendly, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience for guests. The primary objective is to make guests feel at home and comfortable so they want to return. Servers work in a fast-paced, full-service casual and family dining restaurant and are expected to provide great customer service while waiting tables and interacting with coworkers in a friendly and thoughtful manner. The role is available for full- and part-time team members, with day and night shifts. Nights and weekends are mandatory. The diner offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours, flexible scheduling, competitive benefits, no late nights, and paid vacation for eligible hourly team members. Pay is a tip-credit wage plus tips; advertised take-home pay is based on current averages and is not guaranteed.
