About The Position

World Famous Hotboys is seeking a reliable, hardworking Server to help deliver a welcoming and memorable dining experience in a fast-paced, high-energy, community-driven restaurant. The role involves taking and delivering orders, assisting guests with menu questions, maintaining clean service areas, processing payments, and coordinating with kitchen staff and management. The Server helps uphold the quality, consistency, and positive atmosphere associated with Hotboys.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks.
• Must maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts.

• Weekend availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
• Take guest orders accurately and offer menu recommendations when needed.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Provide attentive and efficient service throughout each guest’s visit.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Process guest payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
