About The Position
Des Moines Golf and Country Club is hiring a full-time Server to join its front-of-house team and provide attentive dining service to members and their guests. The role supports experiences ranging from casual lunches to elegant events. Schedules are flexible and may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Server greets members, takes food and beverage orders, delivers orders promptly, and maintains knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine selections. The position also helps keep dining areas organized, coordinates with teammates to deliver seamless service, and assists with event and dining-room setup and breakdown.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
