About The Position

Lathrop Community, a retirement community grounded in Quaker values and a commitment to enhancing the experience of aging, is seeking an experienced server/kitchen worker to join our team who provide dining services to our residents. This is a part-time position and in addition to hourly compensation of $15.50, benefits for this position include enrollment in Lathrop’s 403(b) retirement plan and access to the Employee Assistance Program. You will be a key part of an important department at Lathrop, forming relationships with staff, residents, and their family members. You’ll work in the culinary department on our Easthampton campus. Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or long-term care culinary setting
• Strong customer service skills
• Multitasking abilities
• Passion for serving the senior community!
• CORI background check
• Pass a pre-employment physical
