About The Position
Senior Star is hiring a part-time Dining Room Server to create welcoming, joyful mealtime experiences for senior living residents. Servers build relationships by learning residents’ names and usual orders, anticipate their needs, and help keep the dining room organized, upbeat, and ready for guests. The role includes working as part of a supportive team and pitching in where needed. Shifts may cover breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Requirements
- A heart for service and a genuine love for people.
- Great communication skills.
- The ability to handle a fast-paced day.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create warm, welcoming experiences during breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
- Learn residents’ names and usual orders and build relationships with them.
- Anticipate residents’ needs and make mealtimes feel special.
- Keep the dining room organized, upbeat, and guest-ready.
- Pitch in wherever needed as part of the team.
