About The Position
The Palio is a full-service restaurant concept inspired by the Palio di Siena horse race, featuring authentic Tuscan-style cuisine prepared from scratch with seasonal, local produce. The restaurant boasts an industrial gas-fired stone pizza oven, a variety of classic Italian dishes, and an extensive beverage list including craft beer, cocktails, wine, and grappa. Palio aims to exceed guest expectations by providing memorable dining experiences. This front-of-house role focuses on guest service, waiting tables, and interacting positively with co-workers.
