About The Position
Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server 3 for its continuing care retirement community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This entry-level role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours, with no late nights; most restaurant employees finish before 9 p.m. Servers develop knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods; share menu highlights and personalized recommendations with residents and guests; accurately record food and beverage orders; and provide a consistently exceptional dining experience. Compensation is $18.00–$21.00, based on experience. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old and meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
- Share daily menu highlights and recommend options tailored to residents’ and guests’ preferences.
- Record food and beverage orders accurately.
- Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.
