About The Position
Hallmark Management Service is an onsite food service management company providing residential dining, catering, and retail operations at some locations. Its dining program specializes in made-from-scratch and made-to-order meals, including fresh salads and soups, deli sandwiches, hot entrees, sides, accompaniments, and homemade desserts. The Server follows food safety and sanitation standards, maintains an organized workspace, follows operational procedures, and provides welcoming service to customers.
Requirements
- Complete a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 40 lbs.
- Constant standing and walking.
Responsibilities
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace; store, label, and rotate products according to company standards.
- Follow HMS operational policies and procedures, including cash handling where applicable and guest-count reporting.
- Personally welcome each customer, make eye contact, and answer questions about the products being served.
