About The Position

McMenamins Edgefield is hiring for a Server at the Power Station Pub. McMenamins is a family-owned company in Oregon and Washington that serves handcrafted beer, wine, cider, spirits, and coffee alongside pub fare. Servers will be responsible for handling all tasks from opening to closing in a multi-tasking environment. Duties include greeting customers, working with the host station to seat guests or direct them to preferred seating, providing knowledgeable service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering products promptly, serving food, beer, wine, and spirits, bussing tables, restocking supplies, placing orders on a POS system, collecting payment, dishwashing, general cleaning (indoors and outdoors), maintaining customer relations, and setting up/breaking down service and work areas to ensure they are well-stocked and organized for efficient and safe service. Servers must be organized, balance bookwork at the end of each shift, and turn in all appropriate cash and non-cash receipts. This role is physically demanding, requires mental agility, and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Servers must also be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card and OLCC card.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment.

• Previous related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
