About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Server for The Summit Senior Living in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is crucial in fostering a welcoming and engaging dining environment for residents. The Server will be responsible for greeting residents, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and preparing tables for service. Additionally, the role involves bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a positive community atmosphere. Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
Foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables for service, including salads and rolling silverware.
Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Sweep floors and contribute to the overall tidiness of the community.
