About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Server for The Summit Senior Living in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role involves being a welcoming host to residents, preparing tables and meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, be at least sixteen years of age, and possess strong English communication skills. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The Server will also assist residents with mobility and ensure their safety.

Requirements

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be active and able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, and entertain residents.
• Foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and roll silverware.
• Bus tables and sweep floors.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
• Assist persons after a fall.
