About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is seeking a part-time Server to join the Food and Beverage team at Peacock Alley. The property is a Forbes 4-Star hotel with 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and seven food and beverage outlets. Servers provide food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively find ways to make each meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests and answer questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and promptly deliver completed orders with attention to detail.
• Keep the food service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to support guest and team member well-being.
