About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is seeking a Coffee Attendant for Park Avenue. The Coffee Attendant provides food and drink service while creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive hospitality. The role includes preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, learning menu items and specials, taking and entering food and beverage orders, and completing orders promptly. The attendant also follows health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn menu items and specials to assist guests and answer their questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly with attention to detail.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
