About The Position

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is seeking a part-time Server for the Clubhouse Grille. The Server provides food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive hospitality. The property is a Forbes 4-Star resort surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, with 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and seven food and beverage outlets.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and accountability, and urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each meal experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
