About The Position

Serve food to residents and guests in Amber Lights’ fine-dining in-house restaurant. The restaurant features made-to-order dining with fresh ingredients, fine china, and seasonal and regional menus. The position offers training and no late-night shifts. Applicants will maintain required food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
• Stay knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen; serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Help keep dining tables and chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
