About The Position

Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and service that reflects Chili’s. The role focuses on delivering customized service, making Guests feel welcome, and supporting a safe and welcoming dining environment. Servers work with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction and perform opening and closing duties. Availability to work some weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
