About The Position

Friendship Village Tempe is hiring a Server Level 3 to provide hospitality in its dining venues. Server Level 3 team members primarily work in full-service venues, including the rooftop brewery or fine dining restaurant, and may also assist in the cafés, buffet, or HCC as needed. The primary venue is identified during the initial phone screening based on the applicant’s interest, experience, and availability.

The schedule is 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, with holidays required. Pay is $19.00–$20.90 per hour, depending on experience. This is a no-tipping facility.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of tableside serving experience.
• Provide excellent service with a positive attitude.
• Have an Arizona Food Handler’s Card or obtain one within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to residents and guests.
• Keep dining areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Bring positive energy to every shift.
• Serve primarily in full-service venues and assist in cafés, the buffet, or HCC as needed.
