About The Position

Assemble components and products accurately according to detailed instructions and quality standards. Inspect completed assemblies for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Work with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve assembly issues. The role requires proven assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures, the ability to interpret instructions and blueprints, and experience with quality control. The position is listed at Level 3.

Requirements

Proven experience in assembly work within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of assembly tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints accurately.
Experience with quality control processes and attention to detail to ensure product integrity.
Must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or a person with protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet production deadlines.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
