About The Position

The Server at Muckleshoot Restaurant provides professional, welcoming service and helps create a positive dining experience. The role includes preparing and maintaining tables, taking and presenting orders, assisting guests with food and beverage selections, and keeping the wait station clean and stocked. Servers follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, complete assigned cleaning duties, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III gaming license.
• Maintain a valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• Have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Permit.

• At least one year of serving experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism, and exemplify MCR’s values.
• Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Prepare and maintain tables before, during, and after service.
• Take orders and present food to guests.
• Help guests select food and beverage items by explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, and answering food-preparation questions.
• Keep the wait station clean and restocked.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide a positive dining experience and thank guests, inviting them to return.
• Help create and maintain a positive work environment and positive team member relations; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
