About The Position

The Server at Muckleshoot Restaurant provides professional, excellent guest service and contributes to a positive dining experience. The role involves preparing and maintaining tables, taking orders, presenting food, helping guests choose food and beverages, and keeping the wait station clean and stocked. Servers follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies and complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties. They help maintain a positive work environment and team member relations, report issues to appropriate personnel, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required and must be maintained.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 Alcohol Permit.

• At least one year of serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent guest service and professionalism in accordance with MCR’s values.
• Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Prepare and maintain tables before, during, and after guest service.
• Take orders and present food to guests.
• Help guests select food and beverage items by explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, and answering food preparation questions.
• Keep the wait station clean and restocked.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide a positive dining experience and thank guests, inviting them to return.
• Promote a positive work environment and positive team member relations, and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
