About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our team at Boulevard St Peters. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience for our residents. As a Server, you will be responsible for greeting residents, being present in the dining room, mingling, entertaining, and fostering an environment where residents can connect. You will also be involved in preparing tables for service, making salads, rolling silverware, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, you will communicate with supervisors and Wellness regarding residents' dietary habits, appetite changes, and absences from meals.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to assist persons after a fall.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
