About The Position

Denny’s is seeking a Server to welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit. The role includes taking and clearly communicating orders, promptly delivering food and beverages, making confident menu recommendations, and using upselling techniques to help guests find specials, combos, and other menu items. Servers also invite guests to join the Denny’s Rewards Program and explain its benefits, including exclusive offers, birthday treats, and points toward free meals. The Server maintains a clean and organized dining room, processes cash, card, and digital payments, and collaborates with front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure smooth service. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence in upselling, menu recommendations, and guest engagement.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Server, Waiter, Waitress, front-of-house staff member, or in customer service is preferred.
