About The Position
Chili’s Servers provide hospitable, customized service to Guests and help create a welcoming dining experience. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and partner with other Team Members to support Guest satisfaction. The role requires working some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.
