About The Position

Canyon Ranch is hiring a Server for its new Canyon Ranch Austin destination in Spicewood, Texas, which is scheduled to open in October 2026. Servers serve clean, organic, and sustainable cuisine to guests focused on health and wellness, while helping them engage with a holistic wellness experience. The role includes setting up and breaking down the dining room, greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, delivering orders courteously and efficiently, and checking in throughout meals to anticipate and meet guests’ needs. Servers are expected to educate guests, build relationships, and represent Canyon Ranch as an ambassador. Pay is $28 per hour for AM shifts and $25 per hour for PM shifts, with incentive potential. Recruitment is underway, with anticipated start dates beginning in Fall 2026.

Requirements

• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced food environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs., and comfort with walking and standing for long periods.
• Fluent English skills to explain menus clearly and take accurate orders.
• Positive, guest-focused attitude with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
