About The Position

Servers provide food and drink service while delivering hospitable, customized experiences to Chili’s Guests. The role includes learning the menu, performing opening and closing duties, collaborating with Team Members, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants should enjoy providing great service and making Guests feel special. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
