About The Position
Servers provide guests with food and drink service along with hospitable, customized experiences that reflect Chili’s service culture. They learn the menu, explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to support guest satisfaction. The role contributes to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Applicants must meet the minimum age requirement of 18. Prior experience is a plus. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, and applicants must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
